Domestic (USA) / International Return Policy
We offer a 7-day RETURN POLICY, which means that you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a RETURN and ship the item(s) back to us.
We do not accept RETURNED watch bands/straps that are: worn, soiled, or discolored.
To be eligible for a REFUND, your item(s) must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If we accept your RETURN, we will provide you with information on how and where to send your package. All Items returned to us without first requesting a RETURN will be refused.
In case of RETURNS for "buyer's remorse", "ordered by mistake", "I changed my mind", "the item didn't fit", "I don't like the color", etc., the customer will be responsible for all shipping expenses.
If the RETURN request is due to our fault, we will refund the cost of the goods and the shipping charges.

Tool RETURN / REFUND Policy
Our Horlogear Tools are manufactured using High-Grade materials.
Each Tool is individually checked before being shipped to our Customers and is guaranteed to be free of damage and defects.
Once the Customer receives the Tools, No RETURNS will be accepted and no REFUNDS will be given.
All Horlogear Tool Sales are FINAL.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the incorrect item so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges
Returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item is the quickest way to ensure you get what you want.
Refunds
Except for an error in our packaging procedure, shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once we have received and inspected your RETURN, we will notify you whether or not the REFUND has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded (minus any shipping charges) within 10 business days on your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the REFUND.
We DO NOT issue REFUNDS for used bands/straps that are returned.
We DO NOT issue REFUNDS due to buyer's choosing to not pay any additional fees or taxes linked with their transaction that may be imposed by the destination country and collected by the courier.
