Return Policy

Domestic Return Policy (USA)

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means that you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return and ship the item(s) back to us.

We do not accept returns on final sale items once the security seal has been opened. All final sale items are inspected prior to shipment and sealed with a tamper-evident security seal.

We do not accept returned watch bands/straps that are: worn, soiled, or discolored.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unworn or unused, with tags, and sealed in its original packaging.

If we accept your return, we will provide you with information on how and where to send your package. All Items returned to us without first requesting a return will be refused.

We allow one active return request per customer at a time.

In case of returns for "buyer's remorse", "ordered by mistake", "I changed my mind", "the item didn't fit", "I don't like the color", etc., the customer will be responsible for all shipping expenses.

Damages and Issues

Every product undergoes a thorough quality-control inspection prior to shipment. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the incorrect item so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item is the quickest way to ensure you get what you want.

 

Refunds

Except for an error in our packaging procedure, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded (minus any shipping charges) within 10 business days on your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We do not issue refunds for used bands/straps that are returned.

We do not issue refunds due to buyer's choosing to not pay any additional fees or taxes linked with their transaction that may be imposed by the destination country and collected by the courier.
