Shipping Policy
Your package will be mailed within three business days after the order has been received.
Please check your SPAM folder if you are still waiting to receive an order confirmation or delivery status email.
All delivery times are ESTIMATED and cannot be guaranteed by the carrier or Horlogear.
Domestic (USA) orders will not considered lost or undeliverable until at least 15 business days after the original shipping date.
After 15 business days, please click Contact Us or email us at support@horlogearusa.com, and we will address any difficulties with shipments that have yet to arrive at their intended location.
We strive to provide quick delivery services at the most affordable pricing. We do not apply additional fees or charges; the shipping courier you choose establishes all pricing.
Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. Horlogear does not refund shipping costs because the purchaser pays these directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, and DHL).

All customs duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All foreign orders are shipped with Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).
Customers who choose to return their products due to customs fees or taxes must pay any additional shipping costs that may be incurred.
